Sito is a branding project for a Greek-style restaurant featuring an entirely vegan menu. The concept draws inspiration from Demeter, the Greek goddess of harvest, fertility, and the earth. From this connection, the restaurant’s name, 'Sito,' was chosen, meaning 'grain' in Greek, symbolizing nourishment and the abundance of plant-based foods. The main symbol for the restaurant is a stylized, simplified representation of grain. The curved lettering is designed to evoke the gentle movement of grain fields swaying in the wind, reinforcing the connection to nature and the restaurant’s plant-based, earth-centered concept. The warm color palette reinforces the concept of warmth and growth associated with the harvest, further connecting the restaurant's identity to its inspiration from Demeter and the earth’s natural abundance.
